Summary

Retrieve a list of all organization documents with their field values from the NinjaOne API.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all documents or only a single page of results. When disabled, only one page is returned without pagination parameters.
• Group By — Optional grouping of results either by TEMPLATE or ORGANIZATION.
• Organization Ids — Filter documents by one or more comma-separated organization IDs.
• Template Ids — Filter documents by one or more comma-separated template IDs.
• Template Name — Filter documents by template name.
• Document Name — Filter documents by document name.
• Custom Body — Optional custom JSON body to send with the request, merged with other parameters.
• Custom Headers — Optional custom HTTP headers to include in the API request.
• Query Filters — Additional arbitrary query-string filters to apply.
• Batching — Settings to send requests in batches with size and interval controls.
• Debug — Enable to include request details (URL, headers, body) in the output for troubleshooting.
• Pagination — Configure pagination mode, parameters, page size, maximum pages to fetch, and delays between requests.
• Timeout (ms) — Maximum time to wait for the server response before aborting the request.

Output shape

a list of organization document objects each including their field values

Supports pagination with configurable modes (offset, cursor, or URL-based). When 'Return All' is enabled, all pages are fetched. Response data path and pagination settings are configurable to match the API's response structure. Debug information can be included when enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Fetching all organization documents, grouped by template, filtered by organization IDs

Set 'Return All' to true, 'Group By' to TEMPLATE, and specify one or more 'Organization Ids' to retrieve all matching documents grouped by their templates.
