Summary

Creates a task on the selected Bloomflow item using a task template, assignees, and assigners. Optionally sets task details and invites new users as assignees or assigners.

Inputs

• Typology (required) — Choose a typology from the list or enter its ID. Used to filter the item and task template pickers when selecting from lists.
• Item (required) — Select an item, enter its ID, or paste a Bloomflow URL containing its ID. The server derives the workflow from this item.
• Task Template (required) — Choose a task template from the list or enter its ID or a Bloomflow URL containing its ID. List results are filtered by the selected typology.
• Assignee IDs (required) — Comma-separated user IDs to assign to the task; at least one is required.
• Assigner IDs (required) — Comma-separated user IDs to set as assigners; at least one is required.
• Additional Fields — Optionally set whether to send an automatic reminder and how many days before the due date, a due date, and a description that overrides the template description. You can also provide invited users as JSON; each entry needs email, first_name, last_name, and type ("assignee" or "assigner"), with optional group_ids.
• Request Options — Configure batching, SSL certificate validation, an HTTP proxy, or request timeout.

Output shape

A single task record returned by the Bloomflow API.
