Summary

Inputs

  • Workspace Name or ID — Optionally scope the AI prompt selection to a specific workspace. Select from the list or provide an expression-based ID.
  • AI Prompt Name or ID (required) — Select the AI prompt to run by name or ID. The list can be filtered by workspace if specified.
  • Message IDs (required) — Comma-separated list of message IDs that serve as input context for the AI prompt.
  • Language (required) — Specify the language for the AI-generated response output, e.g., english, spanish, french.

The operation requires at least one message ID and a selected AI prompt ID. The response JSON includes the generated text or structured data as returned by the Carbon Voice API endpoint '/responses'.

Examples

Example 1: Generate an AI response

Provide the workspace (optional), select an AI prompt, input one or more message IDs, and specify the desired output language. The node calls the '/responses' API with this data to get a response generated by the AI prompt.
