Summary

Create a Consolidate calendar appointment with a title, calendar, time span, and optional location, attendees, visibility, and availability. The operation sends a GraphQL mutation for each input item and returns the created appointment’s ID, status, type, visibility, and availability.

Inputs

• Calendar Name or ID (required) — Select a calendar you can edit or provide its ID.
• Title (required) — Appointment title.
• Location — Appointment location.
• Visibility — Choose Public or Private; defaults to Public.
• Availability — Choose Busy or Free; defaults to Busy.
• Is All Day (required) — Whether the appointment spans the whole day; defaults to false.
• Start Date (required) — Start date and, unless all-day, a time in YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss or YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss format.
• End Date (required) — End date and, unless all-day, a time in the same format as Start Date.
• Time Zone Name or ID — Time zone for the start and end; defaults to Europe/Vienna.
• Attendees — Add multiple attendees. Identify each by an internal user ID or email; email attendees can also have a display name. Choose Required or Optional for each attendee; the role defaults to Required.

Output shape

One item per input item, containing the created appointment fields selected by the operation.

The returned JSON contains id, status, type, visibility, and availability. Invalid date formats or attendees without an email or user ID cause an error.
