Summary

Update a Consolidate appointment by ID, applying the selected affected-instance scope and any supplied appointment details. The node returns the updated appointment instance’s ID, status, type, visibility, and availability.

Inputs

• ID (required) — ID of the appointment to update.
• Affected Instance (required) — Choose Single, All, or ThisAndFuture to set which appointment instance or series entries are affected.
• Title — Appointment title.
• Location — Appointment location.
• Visibility — Public or Private; defaults to Public.
• Availability — Busy or Free; defaults to Busy.
• Is All Day — Whether the appointment is all day; defaults to false.
• Start Date and End Date — Optionally provide both dates to change the time span. If one is set, the other is required. Dates must include a date and time in seconds, in YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss format. For all-day appointments, the time is omitted from the request.
• Time Zone Name or ID — Time zone used with the supplied time span; defaults to Europe/Vienna. Supports a selected zone or an expression-provided ID.
• Attendees — Optionally provide one or more attendees, identified by an internal user ID or email address. Email attendees can also include a display name; each attendee can be Required or Optional.

Output shape

One output item per input item, containing the updated appointment instance.

Each returned object includes id, status, type, visibility, and availability. Empty optional text fields are sent as undefined; if neither start nor end date is supplied, the time span is omitted. Attendees are omitted when none are configured.
