Summary

Sends an email from Close to a specified recipient and associates it with a lead and contact. Use either a saved email template or provide the subject and body, then choose a Close user and authorized sender address.

Inputs

• Lead ID (required) — Close lead to associate with the email.
• Contact ID (required) — Close contact to associate with the email and receive the email; required when using a template.
• Sender User Name or ID (required) — Close user sending the email.
• Sender Email (required) — Connected sender address the selected user is authorized to use.
• To (required) — Email recipient address.
• Use Email Template — When enabled, selects a saved template instead of manually entering a subject and body.
• Template Name or ID (required) — Saved template to use; shown when Use Email Template is enabled.
• Subject — Email subject; shown when template use is disabled.
• Body Type — Choose HTML or plain text for the manually entered body; defaults to HTML.
• Body — Email content; shown when template use is disabled.
• Additional Fields — Optional CC and BCC email addresses.
