Summary

Create a note on a Close lead, using plain text or HTML content, with an optional file attachment supplied by URL or binary data.

Inputs

• Lead ID (required) — ID of the lead to add the note to.
• Note Type — Choose plain text or rich text (HTML).
• Note — Required when Plain Text is selected; the note content.
• Note HTML — Required when Rich Text (HTML) is selected; provide HTML wrapped in tags.
• Attach File — Whether to attach a file to the note.
• Attachment Source — When attaching a file, choose a URL or binary data.
• File URL — Required for URL attachments; URL of the file to download.
• Binary Property — Required for binary attachments; name of the incoming binary property containing the file.
