Summary

Create a Fireflies bite clip from a transcript using its ID and a time range in seconds. Optionally set the bite’s name, media type, privacy values, and summary.

Inputs

• Transcript ID (required) — ID of the transcript to create a bite from.
• Start Time (required) — Clip start time in seconds; must be non-negative.
• End Time (required) — Clip end time in seconds; must be greater than the start time.
• Media Type — Optional media type for the bite.
• Name — Optional name for the bite.
• Privacies — Optional comma-separated privacy values, such as public, team, or participants. Values are split on commas and trimmed.
• Summary — Optional summary text for the bite.

Output shape

A single n8n item containing { success: true, data: ... } on success.

The data object contains the created bite’s ID, transcript ID, name, start and end times, summary, and status. On failure, the operation returns an error object when continue-on-fail is enabled; otherwise it throws.
