Summary

Retrieves a paginated list of Fireflies transcripts, optionally filtered by transcript details, dates, people, ownership, keyword, scope, or channel. Each result is returned as a separate n8n item.

Inputs

• Limit — Maximum number of transcripts to return; defaults to 50 (minimum 1).
• Skip — Number of transcripts to skip for pagination; defaults to 0.
• Filters — Optional filters: channel ID, timestamp, ISO start and end dates, host email (deprecated), keyword, whether transcripts are yours, organizer or participant email, user ID, scope, and title. Organizers and Participants accept comma-separated email addresses.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per transcript.

Each item has json.success: true and json.data containing the transcript ID, title, organizer email, participants, meeting link, and date string. An empty result list produces no items. On errors, the operation returns an error item when Continue On Fail is enabled; otherwise the error is raised.

Examples

Example 1: Paginate and filter by title and organizers

Set Limit to 25, Skip to 50, and add Title and Organizers filters; enter multiple organizer emails separated by commas.
