Update agent settings via PUT /v2/agent/{agentId}/settings

Inputs

• agentId (required) — Select the agent. Choose from the list, or specify an ID using an expression.
• settings (required) — Only the settings you add here will be sent to the API

Output shape

The API response from PUT /v2/agent/{agentId}/settings, reflecting the updated agent settings object.

Body constructed from the selected settings in the fixed collection. Empty string and zero-sentinel values for maxDailyMessages are stripped; if maxDailyMessages is absent, maxDailyMessagesLimitAction is also removed. At least one setting must have a non-empty value, otherwise the node errors. Uses PUT method.

Examples

Example 1: Disable emoji and set a custom timezone for an agent

Select the agent, then in Settings add: enabledEmoji = false, timezone = America/New_York
