Summary

Send a message to a specified conversation within the Datacrazy CRM, supporting various message types including text, image, video, audio, and file uploads, with optional advanced settings such as internal visibility, replying to a previous message, and scheduling.

Inputs

• Conversa (conversationId) (required) — Select the conversation to send the message to, either from a searchable list or by entering the conversation ID directly.
• Tipo de Mensagem (messageType) (required) — Choose the message type: text, image, video, audio, or file.
• Mensagem (body) (required) — The text content of the message, required if the message type is 'text'.
• URL do Arquivo (mediaUrl) (required) — Public URL of the media file to be sent, required for image, video, audio, or file message types.
• Legenda (caption) — Optional caption text sent along with image, video, or file messages.
• Nome do Arquivo (fileName) — Display name for the file, applicable for video, audio, or file message types.
• Tipo MIME (mimeType) — MIME type of the media file (for example, audio/ogg, video/mp4, application/pdf), recommended to specify for image, video, audio, or file messages.
• Tamanho do Arquivo (fileSize) — File size in bytes, optional for media messages.
• Opções Avançadas (additionalFields) — Additional optional settings including marking the message as internal (visible only to team), replying to a specific previous message by ID, or scheduling the message for future sending using a date-time value in ISO 8601 format.

Output shape

a single record representing the sent message or the scheduled message confirmation

The operation may return details of the newly sent message or confirmation of a scheduled message. If scheduling is used, the message will be sent at the specified future date and time in ISO 8601 format.
