Summary

Create a new WhatsApp Flow under a specified WhatsApp Business Account, defining its name, category, and optional JSON structure for the flow.

Inputs

• WABA ID (required) — The ID of the WhatsApp Business Account under which the flow will be created.
• Flow Name (required) — The name assigned to the WhatsApp Flow.
• Flow Category (required) — The category of the WhatsApp Flow, chosen from predefined options such as Appointment Booking, Customer Support, Lead Generation, etc.
• Additional Fields — Optional fields including a JSON string defining the WhatsApp Flow's JSON structure (assets) to specify the flow's content and behavior.

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the newly created WhatsApp Flow's details, including its ID and metadata as returned by the YCloud API.

The output includes all data returned by the YCloud API upon creation of the WhatsApp Flow. The flow JSON structure is optional but allows detailed definition of the flow's content and behavior.

Examples

Example 1: Create a WhatsApp Flow named 'Customer Support Flow' under a specific WhatsApp Business Account for the Customer Support category with a custom JSON defining the flow contents.

Provide the WABA ID, set Flow Name to 'Customer Support Flow', select 'Customer Support' as Flow Category, and supply the Flow JSON structure in Additional Fields if needed.
