Summary

Retrieve multiple SaaS Protection backup application records for a specified customer, optionally controlling the number of results returned.

Inputs

• SaaS Customer Name or ID (required) — Select the SaaS Protection customer from a dropdown or specify the customer ID using an expression for dynamic workflows.
• Return All — Choose whether to return all matching results or limit the number of results.
• Limit — If not returning all results, set the maximum number of SaaS application records to retrieve (1-500).

Output shape

a list of SaaS application records related to the specified customer

The output contains an array of SaaS application objects. Pagination is handled internally; if 'Return All' is false, results are limited to the specified 'Limit'. Response data structure may vary, but is normalized to an array of objects.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch up to 100 SaaS applications for customer ID '12345'

Set 'SaaS Customer Name or ID' to '12345', enable 'Return All' to false, and set 'Limit' to 100.
