Summary

Send an approved WhatsApp template through Kapso from the selected Meta phone number ID. Choose how to address the recipient, then provide the template name and language; optionally include template components as JSON.

Inputs

• Phone Number ID (required) — Meta phone_number_id to send from.
• Recipient Mode (required) — Choose BSUID, phone number, or both. Phone number mode strips non-digits from the number; BSUID mode requires a country-prefixed identifier. When both are provided, WhatsApp gives the phone number precedence. Authentication templates cannot be sent to BSUID recipients.
• Recipient Phone Number (required) — Required for Phone Number or Phone Number and BSUID mode; usually country code plus number, without +.
• Recipient BSUID (required) — Required for BSUID or Phone Number and BSUID mode; provide the full business-scoped user ID or parent BSUID.
• Template Name (required) — Name of the approved WhatsApp template.
• Language Code (required) — Template language code; defaults to en_US.
• Components JSON — Optional JSON array of template components, including named or positional parameters. Defaults to an empty array; components are included in the request only when the array is non-empty.

Output shape

A single API response record for each input item.

Posts a WhatsApp template message to Kapso's Meta WhatsApp messages endpoint. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed input produces an item containing an error string.
