Summary

Retrieve multiple forms from Kajabi with optional pagination, filtering by site or title substring, sorting, and selective field inclusion.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose OAuth2 or API Key authentication method.
• Return All — Whether to return all results or only up to a specified limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of form results to return if not returning all.
• Page — Page number of results to retrieve; ignored if Return All is true.
• Sort — Comma-separated list of fields to sort the results by. Prefix with '-' for descending order.
• Sparse Fields — Comma-separated list of form attributes to return to reduce payload size.
• Include — Related resources to eager-load and include, such as the form's site.
• Filters — Filters to restrict results, including Site ID (defaults to credential siteId) and form titles containing a specific string.

Supports automatic pagination when Return All is true, fetching all matching forms across pages. Returned data is under the top-level 'data' property as per Kajabi's JSON:API response format.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 forms whose title contains 'Newsletter'

Set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 50, and add a filter 'Title Contains' with value 'Newsletter'.

Example 2: Retrieve all forms for the authenticated site

Set 'Return All' to true, omit filters or set 'Site ID' to credential siteId; all pages of results will be fetched automatically.
