Summary

Retrieve multiple notes from Twenty CRM, optionally filtering by a search term in the note's title or content. Supports returning either all matching notes or a limited subset capped at 60 records.

Inputs

• Return All — Set to true to retrieve all matching notes without a limit, or false to limit the number of results.
• Limit — The maximum number of notes to return when 'Return All' is false; valid values are between 1 and 60, defaulting to 20.
• Filters — Optional filters to refine the notes returned; currently supports a 'Search' string to look for matching terms in the note title or content.

Output shape

a list of note records, each including standard and custom fields as retrieved from the Twenty CRM API

Pagination up to 60 notes per request is supported. Setting 'Return All' retrieves all pages using cursor-based pagination. The 'Search' filter is applied server-side to filter notes by title or content. The API does not support filtering on other note fields in this operation.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 20 notes without filters

Return All: false (default), Limit: 20, no Search filter

Example 2: Retrieve all notes containing the term 'meeting' in the title or content

Return All: true, Filters > Search: 'meeting'
