Summary

Queries material records from Kingdee Cloud Galaxy, selecting requested fields and applying optional filters and sorting. Returns records up to the configured limit or all available results; choose the recommended application authorization credential to connect.

Inputs

• 凭证类型 (required) — Select application authorization (recommended, default) or the deprecated account-password credential and configure the matching credential.
• Return All — When enabled, requests all results. Otherwise, Limit controls the maximum number returned (default 50; range 1–2000).
• 查询字段 — Select material fields to return. Defaults to material ID, code, and name.
• 自定义查询字段 — Add extra field names as a comma-separated string or expression array; these are merged with the selected fields and deduplicated.
• 过滤条件 — Optional SQL-style filter, such as FForbidStatus = 'A' or FName like '%物料%'.
• 排序字段 — Optional sort field and direction, such as FNumber ASC or FMaterialId DESC.
• Options — Timeout sets the response-header wait limit in milliseconds; 0 means no timeout. Transform Data defaults to true and controls transforming array responses to object format using field keys.

Output shape

A list of material records, with fields determined by the selected and custom query fields.

The node returns the query response as n8n items. The configured Limit applies unless Return All is enabled. Errors stop execution unless Continue On Fail is enabled.
