Summary

Query Kingdee purchase expense invoice records using selected fields, optional SQL-style filtering, and sorting. Choose whether to return all matching records or cap the result count; the default limit is 50.

Inputs

• authentication — Select application authorization (recommended, default) or the deprecated account-password credential; configure the matching credential.
• returnAll — When false, return up to the configured limit; when true, request all matching results.
• limit — Maximum results when Return All is false; defaults to 50, with a range of 1–2000.
• fieldKeys — Comma-separated fields to query; defaults to FID,FBillNo.
• filterString — Optional SQL-style filter condition, such as FBillNo like '%xxx%'.
• orderString — Optional sort expression using a field and ASC or DESC, such as FID DESC.
• options.timeout — Request timeout in milliseconds; 0 means no timeout.
• options.transformData — Whether to transform array responses to object format using the field keys; defaults to true.

Output shape

A list of n8n items containing queried invoice data.

The operation uses the selected field keys and optional filter and sort expressions. Return All and Limit control result count. The source pack does not include this operation’s query implementation, so the exact response structure and pagination behavior are not shown.
