Moka PeopleInstall

Summary

Retrieves employee tenure data from Moka People using the configured API code and account. You can filter by employee identifiers or an update time range, and choose whether to fetch all results or apply a limit.

Inputs

• apiCode (required) — Interface code configured for the Employee Tenure Data API in Moka People.
• userName (required) — Email of a tenant employee whose authorized role determines which employee data is returned. Super administrator access is recommended.
• returnAll — When enabled, automatically retrieves all results; otherwise, limits the result count.
• limit — Maximum results when Return All is disabled; defaults to 50, with a UI range of 1–200.
• uuidList — Employee ID list as a JSON array or comma-separated values; up to 2,000 entries.
• employeeNoList — Employee number list; up to 2,000 entries.
• officeEmailList — Employee company email list; up to 2,000 entries.
• telephoneList — Employee mobile number list; up to 2,000 entries.
• idNoList — Employee identity document number list; up to 2,000 entries.
• startDate — Start of the employee information update time range, in yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss format.
• endDate — End of the employee information update time range, in yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss format.
• options.timeout — Request timeout in milliseconds; 0 means no timeout.
• options.batching — When Return All is enabled, configures automatic pagination batches: batch size defaults to 3 concurrent requests, with a 1,000 ms interval between batches.

Output shape

A list of employee tenure records, returned as n8n items.

The operation processes each incoming item and associates returned records with that input item. Employee data excludes people who are pending onboarding. With Continue On Fail enabled, failures are returned as items containing an error message.
