Summary

Fetches Moka People’s pending onboarding employee records using the configured API code and optional filters. Results can be capped with a limit or retrieved through automatic pagination with optional batching.

Inputs

• apiCode (required) — Interface code configured in Moka People under Settings → External Interface Settings for the pending onboarding employee data interface.
• returnAll — When false, return up to the configured Limit (default 50; maximum 50). When true, automatically paginate through results.
• limit — Maximum results when Return All is false; defaults to 50 and accepts 1–50.
• telephoneList — Personal phone numbers to filter by; accepts a JSON array or comma-separated values, up to 50 entries.
• officeEmailList — Company email addresses to filter by, up to 50 entries.
• personalEmailList — Personal email addresses to filter by, up to 50 entries.
• obIds — Pending onboarding IDs to filter by, up to 50 entries. Accepts a JSON array or comma-separated values. When supplied, onboarding or update time filters are not required.
• updateStartTime — Start of the update-time filter, formatted yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss; the query time span is limited to 180 days.
• updateEndTime — End of the update-time filter, formatted yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss; the query time span is limited to 180 days.
• onBoardingStartTime — Start of the onboarding-time filter, formatted yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss; the query time span is limited to 180 days.
• onBoardingEndTime — End of the onboarding-time filter, formatted yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss; the query time span is limited to 180 days.
• options.timeout — Request timeout in milliseconds; 0 means no timeout.
• options.batching — Available when Return All is enabled. Sets automatic-pagination batch size (default 3 requests) and interval between batches in milliseconds (default 1000).

Output shape

A list of pending onboarding employee records, emitted as n8n items.

Without obIds, provide an onboarding-time or update-time range; the interface notice says either or both may be used. The source delegates fetching and pagination to the operation implementation, which is not included in the provided source pack. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed input item produces an item containing an error message.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve all pending hires by update date

Set apiCode to the interface code from Moka People, set Return All to true, and provide updateStartTime and updateEndTime. Optionally configure batching if you need to adjust pagination pacing.
