AI-generated

Summary

Lists events from the MICE Operations API with optional filters, sorting, pagination, and flags to embed related data. Sends a GET to /events with all settings as query parameters.

Inputs

  • Search Query — Free-text search, sent as q.
  • Event IDs (Comma-Separated) — Restrict results to these event IDs (ids).
  • Exclude Event IDs (Comma-Separated) — Omit these event IDs (not_ids).
  • Status (Comma-Separated) — Filter by one or more event statuses.
  • Date — Filter by a specific date (date). The format is not documented in the node.
  • Event Date After / Event Date Before — Bound the event date range (event_date_after, event_date_before).
  • Created After / Created Before — Filter by creation timestamp range.
  • Updated After / Updated Before — Filter by last-updated timestamp range.
  • Sort By — Field to sort on. Defaults to datetime_start.
  • Sort Order — ASC or DESC. Defaults to DESC.
  • Items Per Page — Page size, 1–100. Defaults to 25.
  • Page — Page number, starting at 1. Defaults to 1.
  • Include Deleted — Also return deleted events.
  • Include Activities / Client / Contacts / Location / Packages / Planner / Products — Boolean flags (default false) that ask the API to embed each related object in every event.
  • Merge Products — Asks the API to merge products (merge_products).
  • Request Options — Node settings for batching, ignoring SSL issues, proxy, and timeout (default 10000 ms).

Output shape

The API's JSON response for GET /events, containing the matching events as returned by the MICE Operations API.

Results are paged and there is no automatic pagination. Change Page and Items Per Page, for example in a loop, to fetch more. Empty string filters are omitted from the request. The exact response envelope is not defined in the node source.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch upcoming confirmed events with client and location details

Status = confirmed (use the status values your account has), Event Date After = today's date, Sort By = datetime_start, Sort Order = ASC, Include Client = true, Include Location = true.

Example 2: Sync recently changed events

Updated After = last sync timestamp, Items Per Page = 100, Include Deleted = true, then increment Page until the results are exhausted.
