Summary

Updates an event in MICE Operations from receipt data by POSTing a JSON array of receipt items to the event's /receipt endpoint.

Inputs

• Event ID (required) — Numeric ID of the event to update. Used in the request path /events/{eventId}/receipt.
• Receipt Items (required) — JSON array of receipt item objects, sent unchanged as the request body. The node does not define the item schema, so follow the MICE Operations API docs. Default is [].
• Request Options — Optional node settings: batching (items per batch, default 50; interval in ms, default 1000), ignore SSL certificate issues, HTTP proxy URL, and timeout in ms (default 10000).

Output shape

The parsed JSON response from the MICE Operations API for the receipt update, returned as the node's output item(s).

The node performs no post-processing on this operation, so the response shape is whatever the API returns. The source doesn't document it. Authentication uses the miceoperationsApi credential against https://api.miceoperations.com/api/v1.

Examples

Example 1: Sync consumed items from a POS receipt back onto an event.

Event ID = 123; Receipt Items = [{...item objects built in a previous Code node...}] passed as an expression such as {{ JSON.stringify($json.items) }}.
