Summary

Retrieve multiple contacts from Holded, optionally applying filters, controlling pagination, and limiting the number of results.

Inputs

• Return All — Set to true to fetch all contacts matching the filters; set to false to limit the number of contacts returned.
• Limit — Maximum number of contacts to retrieve when 'Return All' is false (minimum 1, maximum 1000).
• Send Page Parameters — Enable to include pagination query parameters (page number and items per page) in the API request, only for endpoints that support it.
• Request Pagination — Specify the page number and items per page to request from Holded when pagination is enabled.
• Filters — Apply filters to the contacts list such as mobile phone, phone, or a list of custom IDs (comma-separated).
• Additional Query Parameters — Provide extra query string parameters as name-value pairs not otherwise exposed in the filters.
• Advanced Query JSON — Provide additional or overriding query parameters as a JSON object string; these override other filter or additional parameters.

Output shape

a list of contact records as JSON objects

The operation will return either all matching contacts or up to the specified limit if 'Return All' is false. Use the 'Send Page Parameters' and 'Request Pagination' input to control paging when supported by the endpoint. Filters and query parameters refine the contacts returned. Errors for individual input items produce error details if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.
