Summary

Retrieve multiple commercial documents from Holded filtered by type and optional criteria.

Inputs

• Document Type (required) — Select the type of document (e.g., invoice, estimate) to list from Holded.
• Custom Document Type — Specify the custom document type when Document Type is set to 'Custom'.
• Return All — Choose whether to retrieve all matching documents or limit the number returned.
• Limit — Maximum number of documents to return when 'Return All' is false (1-1000).
• Send Page Parameters — Enable to send page and limit query parameters to Holded APIs that support pagination.
• Request Pagination — Pagination options including page number and items per page when sending page parameters.
• Filters — Criteria to filter documents such as contact ID, date range, paid or billed status, and sort order.
• Additional Query Parameters — Extra query string parameters to include in the API request.
• Advanced Query JSON — A JSON object overriding other filters and additional query parameters for custom queries.

a list of document objects matching the specified filters and document type

Documents are retrieved from the Holded API endpoint for the chosen document type. Pagination and filtering options refine the results, and output count respects 'Return All' and 'Limit' settings.
