Summary

Creates a new domain registration under the authenticated account with specified settings and contacts.

Inputs

• domainName (required) — The punycode-encoded value of the domain name (e.g., example.com).
• purchaseType (required) — Defaults to "registration" but should be copied from a Search or checkAvailability result.
• years (required) — Number of years to register. Defaults to 1, cannot exceed 10. Some TLDs require longer periods (e.g., .AI requires 2 years).
• adminFirstName (required) — The first name of the admin contact.
• adminLastName (required) — The last name of the admin contact.
• adminEmail (required) — Email address of the admin contact. Must be a valid email format (RFC 822).
• adminPhone (required) — Phone number of the admin contact. Should follow E.164 international format: +[country code][number].
• registrantFirstName (required) — The first name of the registrant contact.
• registrantLastName (required) — The last name of the registrant contact.
• registrantEmail (required) — Email address of the registrant contact. Must be a valid email format (RFC 822).
• registrantPhone (required) — Phone number of the registrant contact. Should follow E.164 international format: +[country code][number].
• techFirstName (required) — The first name of the technical contact.
• techLastName (required) — The last name of the technical contact.

Examples

Set domainName, years (default 1), and required contact fields (admin, registrant, tech, billing).
