Summary

Modify attributes of an existing Active Directory group identified by its Distinguished Name (DN).

Inputs

• Group DN (required) — Distinguished Name of the group to modify.
• Attributes (required) — List of one or more group attributes to modify, each with a name (selected from AD attribute options such as description, displayName, info, mail, managedBy) and the new value to set.
• Continue on Error — Whether to continue processing subsequent items if one item fails (default is false).

Output shape

A list of JSON objects, each representing the result of the modification attempt per item processed in the workflow.

Each output item contains a JSON property indicating success, a message confirming the group DN modified, and the result object returned by the Active Directory service. If an error occurs and "Continue on Error" is false, execution stops; if true, error details are included per item.

Examples

Example 1: Modify multiple attributes (e.g., description and mail) of a group.

Set Group DN to the target group's DN, add each attribute with its new value to the Attributes collection.
