Summary

Update a customer's information by specifying the customer ID and the fields to change, such as company name, email, family name, given name, or phone number.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose the authentication method to authorize API requests, either OAuth2 or Access Token.
• Customer (required) — Identify the customer to update by either selecting from a searchable list or entering their customer ID manually.
• Update Fields — Specify one or more fields to update on the customer record, including company, email, family name, given name, and phone.

Output shape

a single updated customer record as returned by the Anny API

The operation returns the updated customer data. If multiple input items are processed, each result corresponds to the respective input. Errors per item are returned if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Update the email and phone number for an existing customer by providing their customer ID.

Set resource to Customer, operation to Update. Specify Customer ID and provide new email and phone values in Update Fields.
