Summary

Retrieve multiple resource records from the Anny booking platform with optional filtering, sorting, pagination, and inclusion of related entities.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose the authentication method, either OAuth2 or Access Token.
• Simplify — Choose whether to return a simplified version of the response data instead of raw API data; defaults to true.
• Page Size — Number of resource records to retrieve per page, with a maximum of 30; default is 30.
• Page Number — The page number to retrieve for paginated results; defaults to 1.
• Include — Comma-separated list of related entities to include in the response (e.g., "location,services").
• Search — Search resources by name or other searchable fields.
• Custom Filters — Add custom filter key-value pairs to refine the list, e.g., filter[status]=active.
• Sort — Sort results by a specific field such as created_at or name in ascending or descending order.

Returns an array of resource records matching the specified criteria. Pagination parameters control which page and how many records per page are returned. If 'Simplify' is true, the data is returned in a simplified format; otherwise, raw API response data is returned. Related entities specified in 'Include' are embedded in the results. Errors for individual input items are returned when 'Continue on Fail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve the first 10 resources including their location and services, filtered by active status, sorted by newest first.

Set Page Size to 10, Include to 'location,services', add a custom filter with key 'status' and value 'active', and set Sort to 'Created At (Newest First)'.
