Summary

Updates an existing status within a specified Arca workspace by modifying its name, category, color, icon, or position.

Inputs

• workspaceId (required) — The ID or name of the workspace containing the status to update.
• statusId (required) — The ID or name of the status to update.
• additionalFields — A collection of optional fields to update. Supported fields include: category (pending, in_progress, completed, cancelled), color (gray, red, orange, yellow, green, teal, blue, cyan, purple, pink), icon (slug), name (label), and position (number for ordering).

Output shape

A single record containing the updated status details from the API response.

Only provided fields are modified; omitted fields remain unchanged.

Examples

Example 1: Change the color of a specific status to 'green'.

Select the workspace and status, then set Color to 'green'.

Example 2: Reorder statuses by setting a specific position value.

Select the workspace and status, then set Position to a number (e.g., 2).
