Summary

Finds Arco CRM leads, people, and organizations by phone, email, CPF, or CNPJ using an exact-match lookup. Enter at least one key; supplied keys are combined with OR, and each match identifies its matching keys in matched_by.

Inputs

• Phone — E.164 or national number with area code. Brazilian numbers can match records saved with or without the ninth digit.
• Email — Exact match after case-insensitive normalization.
• CPF — Masked or unmasked Brazilian CPF; the API validates check digits and searches people only.
• CNPJ — Masked or unmasked Brazilian CNPJ; the API validates check digits and searches organizations only.
• Types — Entity types to search: leads, people, and organizations. Defaults to all three. The API key needs the corresponding {type}:read:all scope for each selected type.
• Limit Per Type — Maximum results per entity type, from 1 to 50; defaults to 10. This endpoint does not support cursor pagination.
• Split Into Items — Defaults to false. When enabled, emits one item per record with a type field; otherwise preserves the API's grouped response.

Output shape

A grouped lookup response, or one n8n item per matched record when Split Into Items is enabled.

Grouped results are in the API response's data object by entity type. Split mode reads data.leads, data.people, and data.organizations and adds the corresponding type to each record. If all lookup keys are blank, the operation errors before sending the request.
