Summary

Fetches the capabilities exposed by the Hermes API using the configured Hermes credentials. Each input item produces a normalized result containing the API response.

The operation sends a GET request to /v1/capabilities. The result includes success, status, result, error, approval_required, correlation_id, idempotency_key, and executed_at fields; raw_response is included only when requested. Allowed Actions, Blocked Actions, and Sensitive Actions are not used by this operation.
