Summary

Retrieves license details for a specific Auvik application, optionally filtering by email, license type, last login date, or utilization status.

Inputs

• Client ID (required) — Required Auvik Client ID to scope the request.
• Application ID (required) — Required Application ID to filter licenses.
• Email — Email address to filter licenses by.
• License Type — Filter licenses by type (e.g., Core, Add-on).
• Last Login Before Preset — Date filter preset (e.g., Last 7 Days, Last Month). Defaults to 'No Filter' (NONE).
• Last Login Before — Custom date-time cutoff in ISO format (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.SSS[Z]) to filter licenses by last login. Only visible when 'Last Login Before Preset' is set to 'Custom'.
• Underutilized Only — Boolean flag to include only licenses that are underutilized.

Output shape

A list of items, each containing detailed license information.

The operation supports pagination via the node's built-in cursor pagination helper.

Examples

Example 1: List all licenses for a specific application.

Set Client ID, Application ID, and Last Login Before Preset to 'No Filter' (NONE).

Example 2: Find recently utilized licenses.

Set Last Login Before Preset to 'Last 7 Days' and Underutilized Only to false.

Example 3: Filter licenses by a specific user's email.

Set Email to the target user's email address.
