Summary

Configure Chatwoot integration settings for a Baileys API instance.

Inputs

• instanceName (required) — Name of the instance sending the message
• resourceForChatwoot — Choose to enable/disable or check Chatwoot integration. Options: setChatwoot (default), findChatwoot
• enabled — Whether to enable or disable integration with Chatwoot. Shown when resourceForChatwoot is setChatwoot. Default: true
• chatwootUrl (required) — Link to the Chatwoot instance. Shown when resourceForChatwoot is setChatwoot.
• chatwootAccountId (required) — ID of the Chatwoot account. Shown when resourceForChatwoot is setChatwoot.
• chatwootToken (required) — Admin token for Chatwoot. Shown when resourceForChatwoot is setChatwoot. Type options: password
• chatwootSignMsg — Whether to enable the Chatwoot agent signature. Shown when resourceForChatwoot is setChatwoot. Default: false
• chatwootReopenConversation — Whether to enable reopening messages in Chatwoot. Shown when resourceForChatwoot is setChatwoot. Default: false
• chatwootConversationPending — Whether to start conversations as pending in Chatwoot. Shown when resourceForChatwoot is setChatwoot. Default: false
• chatwootImportContacts — Whether to import contacts to Chatwoot. Shown when resourceForChatwoot is setChatwoot. Default: false
