Summary

Retrieves a list of messages from a selected Basecamp Campfire chat room.

Inputs

• accountId (required) — The Basecamp account to use. Choose from the list or specify an ID using an expression.
• projectId (required) — The project to retrieve campfires from. Choose from the list or specify an ID using an expression.
• campfireId (required) — The specific campfire (chat room) to retrieve messages from. Choose from the list or specify an ID using an expression.
• returnAll — Whether to return all results or only up to a given limit.
• limit — Max number of results to return when Return All is false.

Output shape

a list of items

Each item represents a chat message containing details about the author and content. Supports pagination via Return All / Limit.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch the last 50 messages from a specific campfire room

Select Account, Project, and Campfire; set Return All to false and Limit to 50.

Example 2: Retrieve every message ever posted in a campfire room

Select Account, Project, and Campfire; set Return All to true.
