Summary

Retrieve multiple to-do items from a specified to-do list within a Basecamp project, optionally filtering by status or completion and controlling the number of results returned.

Inputs

• accountId (required) — The Basecamp account to use, selectable from a list or via expression.
• projectId (required) — The Basecamp project containing the to-do list, selectable from a list or via expression.
• todolistId (required) — The specific to-do list to retrieve items from, selectable from a list or via expression.
• returnAll — Boolean to specify whether to return all to-dos or limit the number returned.
• limit — The maximum number of to-dos to retrieve if not returning all.
• filters — Optional filters including status (all, archived, trashed) and completed flag to refine the results.

Output shape

A list of to-do item objects from the specified to-do list.

If Return All is false, results are limited to the specified 'Limit' number; filters may restrict which to-dos are returned based on status or completion.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 active to-dos from a project's to-do list

Set Account, Project, To-Do List, Return All = false, Limit = 50, no filters

Example 2: Retrieve all completed to-dos including archived ones

Set Account, Project, To-Do List, Return All = true, Filters: Status = All, Completed = true
