Summary

Generates a transcript from an audio or video file URL.

Inputs

• name (required) — The name of the transcript
• src (required) — The public and downloadable URL of the audio or video file
• language (required) — Choose the primary language spoken in the audio or video file
• translationLanguage — Optionally, translate the transcript into a different language if required
• wait — Pause and wait for transcript generation. If disabled, returns only the ID and creation timestamp. Default: true
• webhook_url — URL to receive webhook notifications with transcript ID and URL

Output shape

If wait is true, returns the full transcript object. If wait is false, returns only the transcript ID and creation timestamp. Webhook notifications are sent to webhook_url if provided.

Required parameters: name, src, language. Optional: translationLanguage, wait, webhook_url. Language selection uses a predefined list of language options; translationLanguage defaults to empty (no translation) and supports the same language set.
