Summary

Create a brainX record in the selected module, setting mapped fields and optionally uploading one file to a File field. The operation checks that required fields are present before sending the record creation request.

Inputs

• Module Name or ID (required) — Select the entity to create a record in.
• Fields (required) — Set values for the entity’s fields. Required fields are marked in the mapper; the node validates required fields before creating the record.
• File — Optionally select a File field and provide one file. Choose Binary Data (default, binary property defaults to data) or Base64 String; for base64, provide the encoded content and a file name. A file name override is optional for binary input. MIME type can be supplied for base64 input and is used to append an extension when the name lacks one.

Output shape

A list of created record objects, one per input item.

The created record is taken from the API response’s data property. If Continue On Fail is enabled, failed input items produce an { "error": "..." } item.
