Summary

Close browser tabs by explicit IDs, by selecting inactive tabs, or by selecting duplicate tabs through the browser-cli serve endpoint. The server must permit control commands (--allow-control).

Inputs

• Close By — Choose Tab IDs (default), Inactive Tabs, or Duplicate Tabs.
• Tab IDs — Shown when Close By is Tab IDs. Enter IDs separated by commas or spaces, or as a JSON array; the node parses these into numeric IDs. An empty value sends an empty ID list.

Output shape

A list of n8n items derived from the command response data.

The node unwraps the response's data field when present, then emits one item per array element or one item for a single value. Object values are returned as item JSON; primitive values are wrapped in { "result": value }. With Continue On Fail enabled, failures produce an item containing an error field.
