Summary

Send a one-time password (OTP) via Viber to a specified phone number using various configuration options.

Inputs

• Phone Number (required) — Phone number to which send the verification code.
• Country — Country code in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 format to help format the recipient's number; defaults to the node's timezone if not specified.
• Language — Language code to localize the OTP message content.
• Code Type — Type of OTP code to generate: integer, string, or combined.
• Code Length — Length of the OTP code; default is 6.
• Request Quota Number — Number of OTP requests allowed under the identification.
• Request Quota Identification (required) — Identification string to track OTP request quotas.
• Trials Available Resend — Number of allowed resend trials for the OTP.
• Trials Available Verification — Number of allowed verification trials.
• Daily Limit — Daily limit of OTP sends globally.
• Daily Limit Country — Daily limit of OTP sends per country.
• OTP Expiration — Time in seconds before the OTP expires; default 604800 (7 days).
• Sender (required) — Identifier of the sender to display on the recipient's device.
• Viber Expiration — Viber message expiration time in seconds; default is 60.

Output shape

a single response object with details about the OTP send request result from the BulkGate API

The output includes status and metadata returned by the BulkGate OTP send API; exact fields depend on API response.

Examples

Example 1: Send OTP via Viber to a user

User sets Phone Number, Country, Code Type, Code Length, Request Quota Identification and Sender. Optionally configures Language, trials, and limits.
