Summary

Creates a step for a schedule on a server by sending a POST request to the schedule’s steps endpoint.

Inputs

• Server UUID (required) — The server UUID or identifier.
• Schedule UUID (required) — The schedule to add the step to.
• Query Parameters JSON — Optional query parameters as a JSON object; defaults to {}.
• Body Mode — Choose JSON, Raw Text, or None for the request body. Defaults to JSON.
• Body JSON — Request body as a JSON object when Body Mode is JSON; defaults to {}.
• Raw Body — Plain-text request body when Body Mode is Raw Text; defaults to an empty string.
• Additional Options — Optionally return HTTP error responses, include the full response (status, headers, and body), or set a timeout in milliseconds.

Output shape

One n8n item per input item, containing the API response as JSON.

Array responses are wrapped as {"data": [...]}; primitive responses as {"data": value}; and an empty response as {"success": true}. With Return Full Response enabled, the response may include status, headers, and body. Errors fail the item unless Ignore HTTP Status Errors or the workflow’s continue-on-fail behavior handles them.
