Inputs

• Subscriber NS — Optional subscriber namespace filter.
• Agent ID — Optional agent filter.
• Conversation ID — Optional conversation filter.
• Action — Optional action filter. One of open, close, assign, reply, note, pending, spam, invalid, add_collaborator, remove_collaborator, subscribe_to_bot, unsubscribe_from_bot, opt_in_sms, opt_out_sms, opt_in_email, opt_out_email, add_tag, remove_tag, add_label, remove_label. Multiple actions can be comma-separated.
• Source Type — Optional source type filter. Must be one of: agent, bot, bot_user, api, webhook.
• Start Time (Unix Seconds) — Optional start of the time range, in Unix seconds; the UI default is 0.
• End Time (Unix Seconds) — Optional end of the time range, in Unix seconds; the UI default is 0.
• Start ID — Return log entries from this ID onwards (for paging).
• Limit — Maximum number of results to return; defaults to 50.
• Request Options — Optional request settings for batching, SSL certificate validation, proxy, and timeout.

Output shape

A response from the CigChat API containing agent activity log results.
