Summary

Sends a text message to a specific subscriber via the CigChat API.

Inputs

• user_ns (required) — The namespace (identifier) of the subscriber to receive the message.
• content (required) — The text message body to be sent.
• requestOptions — Node-level request options including batching, SSL handling, proxy, and timeout.

Output shape

one item per input item, containing a JSON response from the CigChat API (typically the created message object).

If batching is enabled, multiple API requests are sent sequentially. The node follows standard n8n request node output structures.

Examples

Example 1: Send a notification to a subscriber with namespace 'user123'.

Set Subscriber NS to 'user123' and Message Text to 'Your order has shipped.'

Example 2: Send a bulk message with throttling.

Enable Batching with 20 items per batch and 500ms interval.
