Summary

Retrieve multiple submissions from a specified Clappia app, optionally filtering by custom field values, and control the amount of data returned.

Inputs

• App (required) — Select the Clappia app to fetch submissions from either by choosing from a searchable list or by entering the app ID manually.
• Return All — Choose whether to return all matching submissions (up to 1000 per request) or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Set the maximum number of submissions to return if not returning all; minimum value is 1.
• Options.Filter by Custom Field — Add one or more filters to retrieve only submissions where a custom field's value contains a specified string.

Output shape

a list of submission items, each with a JSON payload containing submission data.

If multiple input items are processed, each output item is paired with the corresponding input item. When Return All is true, up to 1000 submissions are retrieved in a single call. Filtering applies CONTAINS operator on specified custom fields. Errors during execution can optionally be returned as error objects if 'Continue on Fail' is enabled.
