Summary

Fetch delivery, bounce, and complaint rates for a specific Commune inbox over a chosen time period.

Inputs

• Inbox ID (required) — The ID of the inbox to retrieve metrics for.
• Period — The time range for the metrics (24h, 7d, or 30d). Defaults to 7d.

Output shape

a single record

Returns an object containing the delivery metrics for the inbox. If the API wraps the payload in a top-level 'data' field, it is unwrapped automatically.

Examples

Example 1: Get delivery metrics for the last 7 days

Set Inbox ID to 'inbox_123' and Period to 'Last 7 Days'

Example 2: Check delivery performance for the last 24 hours

Set Inbox ID to 'inbox_123' and Period to 'Last 24 Hours'
