Summary

Retrieves Shopify orders for the selected Cortana business, returning orders as n8n items. Choose whether to fetch all available orders or cap the results at a specified limit.

Inputs

• Business Name or ID (required) — Cortana business to query; select it from the list or provide its ID with an expression.
• Return All — When enabled, fetches all available orders, with pagination capped at 100 pages. Defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum number of orders to return when Return All is disabled. Defaults to 50.

Output shape

A list of order items

The operation requests paginated Shopify orders and emits each returned order as a separate n8n item. It uses the connected Cortana AI credentials; API errors fail the operation unless Continue On Fail is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch a capped order list

Select a Cortana business, leave Return All disabled, and set Limit to the desired maximum.

Example 2: Fetch all available orders

Select a Cortana business and enable Return All.
