Summary

Deletes a container from an Azure Cosmos DB database.

Inputs

• databaseNameForContainer (required) — Database identifier or ID. Choose from the list or use an expression.
• containerNameForContainer (required) — Container identifier or ID. Depends on the selected database.

Output shape

id, statusCode, deleted

Returns the container ID, the HTTP status code from the delete request, and a boolean indicating whether the operation succeeded (status code 2xx).

Examples

Example 1: Delete a container named 'my-container' in database 'my-database'.

Set Database Name or ID to 'my-database' and Container Name or ID to 'my-container'.
