Summary

Create a WhatsApp message template in CRMax using its name and body, with optional category, language, header, footer, buttons, and variable examples. CRMax sends the template data to the API for creation.

Inputs

• Name (required) — Template name. Meta accepts lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores; the API slugifies the supplied name.
• Body (required) — Template body text. Use placeholders such as {{1}} and {{2}} for variables.
• Buttons JSON — Buttons as a JSON array, for example [{"type":"QUICK_REPLY","text":"Sim"}].
• Category — Meta category: Authentication, Marketing, or Utility. Defaults to Marketing; Meta may reclassify it after review.
• Footer — Footer text, limited to 60 characters and without variables.
• Header Content — Text for a text header; use {{1}} for a variable. Media headers must be uploaded in the CRMax UI; public URLs are rejected by Meta on submission.
• Header Type — Header type: Document, Image, None, Text, or Video. Defaults to Text; choose None for no header. Media must be uploaded through the CRMax UI.
• Language — Template language code, such as pt_BR or en_US. Defaults to pt_BR.
• Variable Examples JSON — JSON examples required by Meta, such as {"body":["João"],"header":"Promo","buttons":[{"index":0,"value":"promo"}]}.

Output shape

A single item containing the created template data.
