Summary

Create a statistics export for a chatbot over a specified timeframe.

Inputs

• chatbotId (required) — The ID of the chatbot for which to create the export.
• from — Start date of the statistics period in ISO format (default: 2025-01-01T00:00:00.000Z).
• to — End date of the statistics period in ISO format (default: 2025-01-31T23:59:59.999Z).

Output shape

Export job object containing an ID and status

The response may include additional fields such as creation timestamp; errors are propagated as exceptions.

Example 1: Export chatbot statistics for January 2025

chatbotId: "abc123", from: "2025-01-01T00:00:00.000Z", to: "2025-01-31T23:59:59.999Z"
