Summary

Retrieves work reports (logged time entries) from Freelo, optionally filtered by project, label, task, user, and reported date range. Returns all matches or up to a set limit.

Inputs

• Return All — When on, fetches all matching work reports. When off (default), the Limit Responses value applies.
• Limit Responses (required) — Maximum number of work reports to return (minimum 1, default 50). Shown only when Return All is off.
• Filters — Optional collection of filters: Project Labels (labelsIds), Projects (projectsIds), Reported Date Range From and To (dateRangeReportedFrom/To), Tasks (tasksIds), and Users (usersIds). The multi-select filters load choices from Freelo or accept IDs via expressions.
• Request Options — Node-level HTTP settings: batching (items per batch, default 50, and interval in ms, default 1000), ignore SSL issues, proxy URL, and timeout in ms (default 10000).

Output shape

A list of work report records from Freelo, emitted as workflow items.

The source pack shows only signatures, so the exact field names and the pagination mechanics are not verifiable. The node uses a paginator helper when Return All is on.

Examples

Example 1: Pull last month's time entries for one project to prepare an invoice

Return All on; Filters: Project Names or IDs = the project, Reported Date Range From = first day of the month, To = last day of the month.

Example 2: Check the 20 most recent work reports logged by a specific team member

Return All off; Limit Responses = 20; Filters: Users Names or IDs = that user.
