Summary

Update an existing opportunity by specifying its Opportunity ID and modifying any desired fields except the pipeline ID.

Inputs

• Opportunity ID (required) — The unique identifier of the opportunity to update. Note that the pipeline ID cannot be changed for an existing opportunity.
• Update Fields — Fields to update in the opportunity, which may include Assigned To (staff member), Company Name, Contact Identifier (Email, Phone, or Contact ID), Monetary Value, Name, Stage Name or ID, Status (Open, Won, Lost, Abandoned), Tags (comma separated or array), and Title.

Output shape

a single updated opportunity record

Returns the updated opportunity object. Pagination does not apply. The pipeline ID cannot be updated in this operation.
